Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after validation of your order. They are shipped via TNT, Colissimo or Heppner with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Know that your items are carefully protected during the preparation of your orders.

Upon receipt of your package, you will need to check whether the package has not been damaged during transport. If the package has been damaged, resealed, note this information on the receipt slip and report it to us by email, indicating the problem encountered. You can also take a photo of the package and the transport voucher and send it to us by email.

Our deliveries are carriage paid for France from 300 Euros excluding VAT with a minimum order of 95 Euros excluding VAT. A contribution to the shipping costs of 10 Euros is requested for any order less than 300 Euros excluding tax. In the event of direct shipment to a private individual, the contribution to the shipping costs is 15 Euros excluding tax. Some items have specific shipping costs. Indeed, for the sending of cigar cabinets, we ask for a participation in the shipping costs of up to 90 Euros excluding tax for a company delivery and up to 130 Euros excluding tax for a direct shipment to a private individual for a shipment in Metropolitan France. These fees vary depending on the product ordered. This data is entered on the product sheet of the items concerned.

In the event of shipment outside mainland France, the costs will be assessed on request.
